EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 33.Multi-level Auto-attendant: The ShoreWareTM Auto-Attendant service shall provide <br /> 24-hour automated call answering and routing to improve service and enhance City <br /> image for inbound callers. Outgoing prompts shall be customizable and linked to the <br /> time of day and/or day of week. Individual groups, divisions, and departments shall <br /> be able to have their own menus with unique greetings and options. <br /> 34.Uqqrades: For all software delivered, all major and minor upgrades are included. For <br /> all hardware, BIOS upgrades are included. For any upgrades City requires PFI to <br /> install, PFI will provide City with a written quote for the labor to apply the upgrade. <br /> Cost: <br /> The total cost of the fully functional delivered system, including parts, labor, training, <br /> and 5 years of premium support shall not exceed Six Hundred Thousand Dollars <br /> ($600,000.00). This includes all hardware, software, and labor included in attached <br /> Exhibit B, plus a ten percent (10%) contingency for design changes and/or additional <br /> parts not identified in the current scope of work. Detailed costs, including inventory and <br /> labor are shown in Exhibit B. <br /> Invoicinq and Payment Terms: <br /> • 30% of total contract amount will be invoiced as a down payment and is due <br /> upon contract execution. <br /> • 30% of total contract amount will be invoiced with detail of equipment and items <br /> purchased and is due upon complete equipment delivery and validation to City <br /> Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA 94063. <br /> • 30°l0 of total cantract amount will be invoiced as installation and training and is <br /> due as progress payment after Installation and User Acceptance Testing at final <br /> customer sites. <br /> • 10% which represents the final amounts owed will be invoiced within 35 days <br /> following System Acceptance. <br /> Deliverable: Installed Telephone System Shall Include the <br /> Following Functions and Features: <br /> Feature to be implemented Description <br /> Reliability/Resiliency: <br /> 99.999% Reliability There are no single points of failure in the <br /> Telephony subsystem architecture; system allows <br /> for hot swap of most hardware components, and will <br /> allow for online software upgrades with minimal <br /> downtime. <br /> High Availability Servers RAID hard drives and redundant power supplies <br /> (both hot-swappable) on all critical application <br /> servers (those responsible for core call flow, ACD <br /> and voicemail . <br /> REV:08-28-15 M�G <br /> Page 29 of 69 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2015.207/Packet Fusion New Telephone System <br />
