EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK
Feature to be implemented Description
nefinrorked telephone systems with multiple
databases.
Centralized Voice Mail One central voicemail store for all Cit locations.
Centralized Voice Mail with One central voicemail store, however if the WAN
emergency call completion or befinreen locations is lost the PBX will intelligently
distributed resiliency re-route calls over PSTN to the remote voicemail
and access the called person's mailbox without
caller having to dial the extension number.
Alternatively, any sort of redundancy or resiliency
that allows for voicemail functionality at remote
locations when the inter-office link is lost. When
WAN is restored all messages should be copied to
the central voicemail s stem.
Decentralized Voice Mail Multiple networked voicemails that will exchange
messages immediately and there is NO difference
in the user experience between working with
mailboxes on their local voicemail and a remote
voicemail.
Local Time Phones and voicemail will use the correct local time,
even if that time differs from the time zone that the
Call Server or Voicemail are located in
SIP Telephones System supports SIP telephones without adding any
additional hardware or software.
Link Layer Discovery Protocol The system will support Link Layer Discovery
(LLDP) Protocol (LLDP) to allow phones to positively
identify themselves to the Ethernet switch as a
telephone device and receive an automatic
configuration, as well as trigger certain parameters
in the switch.
Call Admission Control Configure the maximum number of VoIP calls that
can be extended over the WAN between locations
to prevent oversubscribing WAN links or QoS.
Additional calls should re-route to the PSTN, and
the system should insert the appropriate digits to
et the call to the intended extension.
QoS monitoring bypass The system monitors real-time or expected voice
quality on WAN links and bypass any circuit
automatically if the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) falls
below designated levels. Calls would then be
placed through alternate WAN connections or PSTN
with substantially all feature functionality preserved
especiall in forwardin calls to voicemail .
Fax over IP System supports T.37/T.38 standards to support
hi h speed faxin .
Music on Hold All locations have a local resident MP3 music on
REV:08-28-15 MLG
ATTY/AGR.2015.207/Packet Fusion New Telephone System
