EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Feature to be implemented Description <br /> hold input without having to stream audio through <br /> the WAN. <br /> MultiCast Music on Hold Music on Hold is streamed from a central location <br /> as a MultiCast to lower bandwidth requirements <br /> between locations <br /> Encryption Telephones will automatically encrypt RTP voice <br /> conversations and call setup at all times and <br /> befinreen all devices. <br /> TLS Encryption VoIP devices will utilize Transport Layer Security <br /> and Digest Authentication to perform validation and <br /> enc ption of VoIP traffic and call setup. <br /> E911 Compliance System has the ability to send a specific outbound <br /> DNIS/Caller ID based on the physical location of the <br /> hone within a buildin . <br /> Least Cost Routing System automatically inserts or deletes digits to <br /> place a call across VoIP WAN, Tie Lines, or PSTN <br /> based on a preferred route and a fallback route if <br /> the preferred is busy or down. (i.e.. Intercom call <br /> from San Francisco to San Jose - user dials the 3 or <br /> 4 digit extension, system tries to route over VoIP <br /> first; if busy, system inserts required digits to <br /> establish the call over re ular toll lines. <br /> LCR -Tail end hop-off System identifies calls to remote international phone <br /> numbers and sends the call to the closest remote <br /> branch as an intemal call. The system then grabs <br /> dial-tone at the remote branch and completes the <br /> call as a local call. <br /> Telephone System: <br /> Call Waiting with Caller ID Ability to have a 2nd call to a user's phone ring on a <br /> second button and present the caller ID information <br /> to the screen so they can decide whether to put the <br /> first call on hold and answer the second call. <br /> Caller ID Name System displays Caller ID Name (if provided by <br /> telephone compan <br /> Custom Outbound Caller ID Send either the individual's DID number, the main <br /> number, no number (blocked) or another number as <br /> the outbound caller ID. Will be programmable by <br /> extension, not a s stem default. <br /> Missed Call log Phone captures the Caller ID of calls that rang your <br /> phone but did not leave a message in your <br /> voicemail. 10 numbers minimum. <br /> Redial log System should track multiple outbound calls and <br /> allow you to easily redial these numbers.
