EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Feature to be implemented Description <br /> Centralized Attendant Service Call status information is passed through the <br /> network so that the receptionist at any location can <br /> cover for a different location and see the remote <br /> user's Busy Lamp Field for call handling purposes. <br /> Receptionist will be able to handle calls to remote <br /> telephones the same they would to telephones at <br /> their ph sical location. <br /> 1 Step Transfer to Voice Mail Ability to transfer a call directly to voicemail without <br /> ringing a user's telephone by pressing 1 or 2 <br /> buttons and the person's extension. Person <br /> transferring the call will not have to wait for prompts <br /> to la . <br /> Pick-up Groups Ability to answer a call ringing on any of a group of <br /> phones by simply pressing a button. Minimum of 10 <br /> roups re uired. <br /> Directed Call Pickup The system will allows any user to answer calls to a <br /> ringing phone by entering a feature code and the <br /> extension number rin in <br /> Hunt Groups Have a call ring through a number of phones either <br /> se uentiall , or round robin. <br /> Simultaneous Ring Groups A call can ring on multiple phones simultaneously. <br /> The first phone to answer the call will stop ringing <br /> on the rest of the phones. <br /> Do Not Disturb Immediately forwards any call that is ringing a <br /> phone and prevents future calls from ringing the <br /> hone. Calls follow bus or DND forwardin ath. <br /> Do Not Ring Turns off the ringer on a phone, but still presents <br /> the call at the phone and allows the user (or an <br /> assistant) to pick up the call before it forwards to <br /> voicemail. <br /> Bridged Line Appearance Assistant has a button for each of the monitored <br /> phones' line buttons. A call exists on the same <br /> button on all bridged line appearances and can be <br /> answered, retrieved from hold, or bridged into by <br /> simply pressing that button.
