Director Ingram described the program designed <br /> to raise awareness of the problem and the program itself, through raising awareness of <br /> the problem and educating the community on how to prevent pollution of stormwater <br /> which empties into the bay, and described the City's participation in the 5-year <br /> NPDES program sponsored by CCAG.
