Councilwoman Howard stated that Redwood City had been very <br /> generous in reaching out to people in need with many programs, and wanted to see other <br /> cities get as involved. Councilwoman Howard advised she would give an updated report <br /> to the Housing and Human Concerns Committee on this issue. <br /> MEMO 9/19/95 <br /> B.
