On July 12, 1995, the Zoning Administrator of the City of Redwood City <br /> issued a use permit upon the application of Ernest Brede ("Applicant") for the <br /> construction of an off-street surface parking lot (the "Project") to serve members <br /> of the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses attending services in a residential- <br /> type structure on one of two adjoining parcels of real property owned by said <br /> church at 631-641 Iris Street, Redwood City, California (the "Property"). <br /> 2. The Property is located within the "R-2 (Residential-Duplex) Zoning <br /> District (Zon. Ord. § 6.1 et seq.). The Property fronts on Iris Street, and extends <br /> to the rear lot lines of parcels of property, owned by others, fronting on Hudson <br /> .-., _. <br />
