Francis Street Redwood City, CA 94062 Redwood City, CA 94061 Zoning Administrator City of Redwood City 1020 Middlefield Road Redwood City, CA 94064 Re: Findings and Conclusions on Appeal from Determination of the Zoning Administrator to Issue a Use Permit Pertaining to ì Property Located at 631-641 Iris Street, Redwood City, California Public Hearing having been duly noticed for October 9, 1995, and the matter having been continued for further consideration to October 30, 1995, on the appeal of David Saisi ("Appellant") from the determination of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Redwood City to issue a use permit to expand off- street parking for property used as a church facility located at 631-641 Iris Street, Redwood City, California, oral testimony having been heard, documentary material having been received, and the opportunity to be heard having been given to all persons present, the Council of the City of Redwood City hereby finds, concludes, and determines as follows: Findinqs 1. On July 12, 1995, the Zoning Administrator of the City of Redwood City issued a use permit upon the application of Ernest Brede ("Applicant") for the construction of an off-street surface parking lot (the "Project") to serve members of the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses attending services in a residential- type structure on one of two adjoining parcels of real property owned by said church at 631-641 Iris Street, Redwood City, California (the "Property"). 2. The Property is located within the "R-2 (Residential-Duplex) Zoning District (Zon. Ord. § 6.1 et seq.). The Property fronts on Iris Street, and extends to the rear lot lines of parcels of property, owned by others, fronting on Hudson .-., _.
