Dan Atkins, 230 Pine Street, Redwood City, owner and operator of US Auto Repair, <br /> described the problems he was experiencing around his business, including broken <br /> windshields, prostitution and drug use. Mr. Atkins advised that there were 15 incidences <br /> in the last two weeks. He asked for help from the Council to eliminate these illegal <br /> activities, and asked for street lights to be installed to help deter crime in the area.
