<br />Tim Despain, Manager and spokesper¡son for 926 Woodside Road apartment <br />building, advised Council that Taco Bell was not proactive in their response <br />to continuing complaints at this restaurant or others in the area. Mr. <br />Despain advised that since March of this year, four tenants have moved out <br />stating the nuisance from Taco Bell was the main reason for their <br />move. Mr. Despain submitted the petition with 116 signatures and asked for <br />the Taco Bell Use Permit to be revoked. Report/Recommendation of Council Personnel Committee (301-08) <br />REPORT: Memorandum from Council Personnel Committee, October 28, 1993 <br />Vice Mayor Claire, Chairman of the Personnel Committee, presented the report <br />and recommendation from the Personnel Committee whose members are Vice Mayor <br />Claire and Councilman Greenalch. Chairman Claire advised that based on the <br />pertinent information available at this time, it was the recommendation of <br />the Committee that Council retain an investigator to "work with and report <br />to the Committee as a confidential fact finder and advisor" regarding the <br />accusations and counter accusations made by Councilman Sanfilipo and <br />Councilwoman Steinfeld.
