<br /> 'r <br /> ! <br /> ! <br /> As discussed in the previous staff report, dated November 1, 1993, the only <br /> alternative left to the City, short of revoking this restaurant's use permit, <br /> is to impose a comprehensive list of additional conditions which must be <br /> continuously adhered to by Taco Bell. <br /> ALTERNATIVES: <br /> 1) Revoke Taco Bell's use permit to operate on the subject premises <br /> and make related findings. <br /> 2) Impose new conditions to Taco Bell's use permit as recommended <br /> by the Zoning Administrator. Amendments to this latest use <br /> permit shall only be considered upon application by the owner <br /> and subsequent approval by the City.
