<br />In answer to Council questions, Housing Specialist Svoboda advised that <br />the unit price as established first and the Agency worked back to the <br />land value. ~- <br />Acting Community Development Director Patterson described the planned <br />development permit process which would address the parking requirements <br />and other issues. <br />In answer to Council questions, Mr. Svoboda advised that four units will <br />be considered accessible, and Councilman Greenalch suggested that as the <br />development goes through the permit process, the Agency might want to <br />look into having one unit accessible to a person who was wheelchair <br />bound. Mr. Svoboda advised there would be additional costs. <br />2. Mayor Buchan opened the public hearing at 9:30 P.M. <br />3. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />A. Councilwoman Gasparini announced two important upcoming events and invited <br />everyone to attend: The Outstanding Citizen Awards at the Sequoia Awards <br />dinner on February 15th and the American Legion dinner on February 26th. <br />Councilwoman Gasparini announced a City-wide clean-up to take place on <br />April 30th.
