fails to provide usable data during a significant storm event (> 0.5 inches of <br /> rainfall in 24 hours), Consultant shall extend the monitoring period for up to two <br /> (2) weeks at no additional cost to the City. <br /> Deliverable: <br /> Consultant shall provide the City with a Flow Monitoring Report (3 copies) <br /> containing site details and pictures; field installation and maintenance sheets <br /> including calibration data; depth-velocity scatter plots; 7-day plots of flow for <br /> each meter and rainfall for each rain gauge; and summary tabulation of daily <br /> average, minimum, and peak flow for each flow meter. Electronic files shall be <br /> submitted in Excel format containing depth, velocity, and flow rates for each <br /> meter and rainfall for each rain gauge in 15-minute intervals. Final report and <br /> data shall be delivered within three (3) weeks of completion of flow monitoring. <br /> Consultant shall perForm all the work in the best workmanlike manner, conforming to all <br /> applicable standards, specifications, codes, laws, and regulations. Consultant shall take <br /> all necessary safety precautions and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local <br /> regulations including those relevant to work in confined spaces. Consultant shall comply <br /> with all applicable traffic control requirements including those of the City or agency with <br /> jurisdiction over the meter sites. <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> Consultant shall meet the scheduling requirements as described in the Scope of Work <br /> and the scheduling milestones as follow: <br /> Site Reconnaissance of inetering sites: November 24, 2015 <br /> Documentation af Field Reconnaissance: December 1, 2015 <br /> Approval of Sites by City (if changes are required): December 2, 2015 <br /> Meters and rain gauge installed and operating: December 4, 2015 <br /> First data batch reported to City: December 18, 2015 <br /> Meters Removed: February 5, 2016 <br /> Final Report: February 26, 2016 <br /> The removal of the flow meters and the submission of the final report may be delayed if <br /> the City extend the flow monitoring period. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> City shall pay the consultant the following amount to install ten (10) open channel flow <br /> monitors, twenty three (23) data loggers, three (3) closed pipe flow monitors and two (2) <br /> rain gauges for 60 days period and an option to extend the flow monitoring period to up to <br /> one month as follows: <br /> REV:11-23-15 VR <br /> Page 11 of 14 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2015.258/V&A Consulting Engineers, Inc. <br />
