<br /> <br />19 | Page <br /> <br />increased at a higher rate than trips over the course of the whole day, but the absolute increase <br />in trips was higher outside of the peak hours. <br />Edgewood Road Traffic Volumes <br />As mentioned above, residents have raised concerns about traffic increases on Edgewood Road. <br />Average daily, AM peak hour, and PM peak hour data from each date are summarized in Table <br />17. Data on traffic volumes, lane configurations, <br />and signal timing before construction and during the pilot were input into Synchro, a traffic <br />analysis and modeling software program. Emissions estimates are standard measures of <br />effectiveness “MOE”s reported by the program. The morning peak hour was picked for the <br />8.A. - Page 30
