The exception to this was at Farm Hill and Jefferson, where one less person <br />crossed the street. The biggest changes occurred at the intersection with McGarvey where the <br />number of people walking along the street increased by 20 people and the number crossing <br />increased by 15 people. <br />8.A. - Page 34
