The approvals of the planned development permit and tentative subdivision map <br /> for the Project are hereby affirmed; provided, that in addition to all other conditions of <br /> approval imposed by the Planning Commission, the following conditions are attached to <br /> the aforesaid affirmance: <br /> 1. A fence or wall shall be constructed along the frontage of the proposed park <br /> on Davit Lane in such manner as to limit exposure of persons using the park <br /> to traffic on Davit Lane and the privately-owned extension thereof into the <br /> Project; and <br /> 11. The proposed gate across the privately-owned extension of Davit Lane into <br /> the Project shall be eliminated from the Project. <br /> C.
