Discussion and recommendation for a Winslow Area Underground Utility District. <br /> REPORT: City Engineer, September 19, 1994 <br /> Senior Civil Engineer Lowell Sue presented the staff report, described the time lines for <br /> underground utility districts, the five (5) alternatives, the County's improvement project, <br /> and the funding mechanisms.
