3-D Community Workshop #2: Corridor Recommendations (Consultant, Sub- <br /> Consultant-2). Consultant and Sub-Consultant-2 will review land use, urban <br /> design, and streetscape recommendations; relate recommendations to examples <br /> of concept design improvements from Redwood City and other cities as applicable <br /> and encourage pa�ticipants to provide detailed critique and recommendations for <br /> Corridor design and development guidelines and streetscape improvements. <br /> Consultant and Sub-Consultant-2 wilf review workshop results in a summary <br /> memorandum. Timing shown on schedule in Section 5.2. <br /> 3-E Materials for City's Project Web Presence (Consultant). Consultant will <br /> supply text and materials to support the City's web presence for the project. A <br /> stand-alone website will not be provided by Consultant. <br /> 3-F Online Survey (Consultant). Consultant will create an online survey using a <br /> tool such as Survey Monkey or Google Forms to solicit input on Corridor design <br /> options. The precise timing, format, and distribution of the survey will be <br /> determined with staff. Staff will be responsible for publicizing the survey; <br /> Consu{tant will prepare a short repart of su►vey results. <br /> 3-G Ptanning Commission Meetings (2) (Consultant, team as needed). <br /> Consultant will participate in up to two meetings of the Planning Commission <br /> (timing of these meetings is specified on the schedule shown in Section 5.2). The <br /> timing of these meetings is specified in the technical tasks that follow and shown <br /> on the schedule in Section 5.2. <br /> 3-H City Council Meetings (2) (Consultant, team as needed}. Consultant will <br /> participate in up to two meetings of the Planning Commission (timing shown on <br /> schedule in Section 5.2). <br /> Task 4: Data Gathering and Technical Analysis <br /> Objective: Comprehensive/y assess the study area's existing conditions, including land <br /> use and urban design characferistics, circu/ation network and parking conditions, <br /> market and econamic analysis, develapment feasibility, and infrastructure financing <br /> capacities. This data and technical analysis will inform the preparafion of the <br /> deve%pment standards and guidelines. <br /> 4-A Prepare Existing Conditions Database (Team). The consultant team will <br /> complete the following background research to inform the Existing Conditions <br /> Report: <br /> • Review Background Documents/Reports (Consultant) - Review and <br /> annotate existing general plan, zoning, capital improvements policies and <br /> guidelines.
