Total battery life-cycle expectancy <br />c. Recharge time <br />d. Dimensions <br />e. Weight <br />f. Warranty <br /> <br />F. Battery Chargers <br />a. Proposer must provide information on the intelligence of the battery charger, <br />whether single unit, or multi-unit to extend the life of the batteries. <br />b. Battery chargers must have the ability to cycle the battery by application of load to <br />condition it. <br />c. Battery chargers must have the ability to gauge the capacity of the battery after <br />recharge, and indicate whether the battery failed the test. Indicator lights or display is <br />minimum requirement. <br />d. Battery chargers must be able to charge a battery while it is attached to the radio and <br />while it is independent of the radio <br /> <br />G.
