Facilitate the updated topographic survey work for the limits of Phase One. <br />b. Prepare the Design Development plans, including the following information, which may <br />be combined onto consolidated sheets as feasible: <br /> <br /> Existing Conditions and Demolition Plan <br /> Conceptual Site Plan <br /> Accessibility Plan <br /> Conceptual Materials & Finishes Schedule (including samples) <br /> Conceptual Playground Design <br /> Conceptual Landscape Plan (plant palette + irrigation equipment / intent) <br /> Conceptual Grading and Drainage Plan (including C3 / LID improvements as <br />required) <br /> Conceptual Lighting Plan <br /> Conceptual Construction Cost Estimate <br /> Preliminary Construction Schedule (Gantt chart) <br /> Technical Specifications Table of Contents <br /> <br />c. Perform DD level QA/QC plan check. <br />d. Attend (2) design coordination meetings with the CITY and design team. <br />e. Prepare color renderings of proposed design to include a brief written narrative, (1) plan <br />view, (2‐3) perspective sketches, and several character images. <br />f. Attend (1) Commission or Council hearing to assist the CITY as requested to answer <br />questions and present the Phase One project. <br />g.
