Prepare and submit the 65% Construction Documentation plans, including the following <br />information, which will be submitted through all City departments for review and <br />comment: <br /> <br /> Existing Conditions and Demolition Plan <br /> Site Plan <br /> Accessibility Plan <br /> Materials & Finishes Plan <br /> Playground Enlargement Plan <br /> Layout Plan <br /> Planting Plan <br /> Irrigation Plan <br /> Grading Plan <br /> Drainage Plan <br /> Erosion Control Plan <br /> Lighting Plans <br /> Construction Details <br /> Construction Cost Estimate <br /> Construction Schedule <br /> Technical Specifications <br /> <br />b. Perform 65% QA/QC plan check. <br />c. Attend (1) 65% plan review meeting with the CITY and design team. SSA will furnish <br />meeting minutes. <br />d. Prepare 95% Construction Documents (including all items listed in task 4.a above). The <br />CITY will use this submittal to complete internal permitting requirements. <br />e. Perform 95% QA/QC plan check on site with the plan set and design team. <br />f. Receive and review CITY comments and permit comments for incorporation into final <br />documents. <br />g. Prepare 100% Construction Documents. <br />h. Perform 100% QA/QC plan check. <br />i. Prepare Final Bid Set drawings. <br />j. Prepare Front End Specifications, including the following: <br /> <br /> Bid Proposal <br /> Division O Specifications <br /> Division 1 Specifications <br /> Contractor Qualifications <br /> List of technical reports, permits and other information available to the Contractor, <br />with disclaimer <br /> Engineer’s estimate of construction costs <br />6.1.D. - Page 15
