(4) CITY meetings, with minutes as outlined above: <br /> ■ Site Analysis <br /> ■ Project Kick-Off <br /> ■ Project Website Planning <br /> ■ Community Workshop#1 <br /> TASK TWO — Schematic Design for Master Plan <br /> a. Meet with the CITY and the design team to review workshop #1 and the resultant <br /> preliminary design program. <br /> b. Coordinate with the YMCA Design Team as required to properly interface the two <br /> projects. <br /> c. Prepare and submit (2) preliminary schematic design concepts and order of magnitude <br /> cost estimates based on the phase one work and CITY programming direction. <br /> d. Meet with the CITY to review the (2) preliminary schematic design concepts and cost <br /> estimates, and discuss the approach to Community Workshop #2 with lessons learned <br /> from the first workshop. <br /> e. Update the (2) preliminary schematic design concepts and order of magnitude cost <br /> estimates for Community Workshop#2. <br /> f. Prepare color rendering boards for CITY use in presentations to Council, <br /> Commissioners, and Staff. <br /> g. Facilitate Community Workshop #2 to review the (2) alternatives and consolidate them <br /> into one preferred final design concept. Summarize the workshop presentation,feedback <br /> and discussions through minutes. Post all workshop material to the project website. <br /> h. Prepare the Final Design Plan and Cost Estimate, including site sections, key feature <br /> dimensions, product cut sheets, samples, materials & finishes, and initial design <br /> calculations. <br /> i. Prepare a color rendering board for CITY use in presentations to Council, <br /> Commissioners, and Staff. <br /> j. Meet with CITY staff including maintenance department, planners, engineers, and any <br /> other departments involved in planning, permitting, approving or maintaining the <br /> renovated park. The meeting is intended to flag and discuss any potential issues with the <br /> proposed design and to garner consensus amongst CITY departments. <br /> k. Facilitate Community Workshop #3 to review the Final Design and garner consensus. <br /> Summarize the workshop presentation, feedback and discussions through minutes. Post <br /> all workshop material to the project website. <br /> I. Prepare a Construction Phasing Plan with construction costs itemized by phases for the <br /> entire Park design, including a Phase One area that meets the City's budgetary goal of <br /> $1,500,000 (includes all project soft costs) — anticipated Phase One will include <br /> playground, picnic area, and associated circulation.
