Perform 65% QA/QC plan check. <br /> c. Attend (1) 65% plan review meeting with the CITY and design team. SSA will furnish <br /> meeting minutes. <br /> d. Prepare 95% Construction Documents (including all items listed in task 4.a above). The <br /> CITY will use this submittal to complete internal permitting requirements. <br /> e. Perform 95% QA/QC plan check on site with the plan set and design team. <br /> f. Receive and review CITY comments and permit comments for incorporation into final <br /> documents. <br /> g. Prepare 100% Construction Documents. <br /> h. Perform 100% QA/QC plan check. <br /> i. Prepare Final Bid Set drawings. <br /> j.
