Prepare and submit the 65% Construction Documentation plans, including the following information, which will be submitted through all City departments for review and comment: ■ Existing Conditions and Demolition Plan ■ Site Plan ■ Accessibility Plan ■ Materials 8� Finishes Plan ■ Playground Enlargement Plan ■ Layout Plan ■ Planting Plan ■ Irrigation Plan ■ Grading Plan ■ Drainage Plan • Erosion Control Plan ■ Lighting Plans ■ Construction Details ■ Construction Cost Estimate ■ Construction Schedule ■ Technical Specifications b. Perform 65% QA/QC plan check. c. Attend (1) 65% plan review meeting with the CITY and design team. SSA will furnish meeting minutes. d. Prepare 95% Construction Documents (including all items listed in task 4.a above). The CITY will use this submittal to complete internal permitting requirements. e. Perform 95% QA/QC plan check on site with the plan set and design team. f. Receive and review CITY comments and permit comments for incorporation into final documents. g. Prepare 100% Construction Documents. h. Perform 100% QA/QC plan check. i. Prepare Final Bid Set drawings. j. Prepare Front End Specifications, including the following: ■ Bid Proposal ■ Division O Specifications ■ Division 1 Specifications ■ Contractor Qualifications ■ List of technical reports, permits and other information available to the Contractor, with disclaimer ■ Engineer's estimate of construction costs ATTY/AGR/2016.063/SSA LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS REV:03-29-16 FF Page 12 of 16
