SSA will furnish the agenda, sign-in sheet, and subsequent minutes for this <br /> meeting (as requested by City staff). <br /> b. Provide clarification and addenda throughout bid period as required. <br /> c. Attend (1) bid opening,facilitated and information recorded by others. <br /> d. Review bids and coordinate with the CITY on the execution of a construction contract <br /> with the lowest responsive bidder. <br /> e. Provide administrative support and coordination time required to perform these services. <br /> Task Five Deliverables <br /> 1. (2) CITY meetings, with minutes where noted above: <br /> ■ (1) pre-bid meeting <br /> ■ (1) bid opening <br /> TASK SIX— Construction Administration for Phase One <br /> a. Attend and facilitate (1) pre-construction meeting with Contractor and the CITY. SSA will <br /> furnish the agenda, sign-in sheet, and subsequent minutes for this meeting (as <br /> requested by City staffl. <br /> b. Attend (9) construction meetings on site to make site observations, and provide written <br /> reports and recommendations to CITY. These meetings will be led by the Contractor, <br /> including furnishing agendas and minutes. SSA will fumish construction observations or <br /> known deviations from the contract documents as applicable. <br /> c. Respond to RFI's and field construction questions as they arise. Maintain and update <br /> submittal tracking log. Furnish supplemental drawings or directions as required. <br /> d.
