S. Water Fountain <br />A. SSA will prepare three to four design concepts for the water feature. <br />B. SSA will provide evaluation of a re -use v. re -circulation v. sanitary sewer solution, including <br />engineering multiple options. This work includes vendor coordination meetings and vendor <br />conference calls, client conference calls, client meetings, agency conference calls, exhibits, <br />technical research, CA Code Requirements research, maintenance costs, ROI, and evaluation of <br />existing irrigation system demands. <br />6. Play Equipment selection <br />A. SSA will prepare multiple revisions to the Tot Zone due to conflicting equipment desires <br />between Magical Bridge and the City. <br />B. SSA will provide grading design modifications related to the equipment changes. <br />C. SSA will provide four custom swing layouts and provide collaboration with MFG and Magical <br />Bridge. <br />D. SSA will provide Spin zone equipment revisions as requested by Magical Bridge at the 95% <br />submittal. <br />E. SSA has received inconsistent direction from Magical Bridge on the Custom Swing Seats and will <br />provide additional collaboration and coordination with Magical Bridge and the MFG to garner <br />consensus on final selection and specification. <br />7. Adult Fitness Equipment <br />A. SSA provided coordination and collaboration on equipment selection and placement for <br />multiple layouts and configurations. A final layout was incorporated into the 95% submittal. This <br />design work will now be eliminated, and plans will be re -revised to reflect this direction. <br />8. Innovation Zone <br />A. The innovation design and coordination were not in the SSA scope. SSA will provide <br />coordination and design support to Jen Lewin, Magical Bridge and the City. <br />B. SSA will prepare extensive detailing on the light pools. This was not in the original scope nor in <br />Amendment I. <br />9. Visual Impairment Considerations <br />A. Braille rail system & seamless braille anchoring attachments: SSA fully researched, designed and <br />detailed the system. This was not in the original scope nor in Amendment I. After much <br />collaboration and discussion, this was deleted from the project and removed from the plans. <br />B. Entry monument design: this was not in the original scope nor in Amendment I. SSA will provide <br />the final design detail and plans. <br />10. Armory ADA improvements <br />A. SSA will provide re -design of Armory building entrance. <br />B. SSA will provide Armory ADA parking stall re -design. <br />C.
