IPS will comply. <br /> 2. Maintenance Manual - This manual shall contain detailed instructions on how to perform regular <br /> and preventive maintenance on all components of MSM and communications network that can be <br /> performed by City staff. One hard copy and one reproducible/electronic copy shall be provided. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 3. System Administration Manual - This manual shall contain all procedures necessary for proper <br /> monitoring and administration of MSM and the vendor hosted web-based CMS as required by City. <br /> One hard copy and one reproducible/electronic copy shall be provided. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 4. Consultant shall also deliver to City copies of all licenses, registrations, documentation, disks and <br /> other media as may have been included with those commercially available software packages provided <br /> with system. In addition, Consultant shall ensure that all licenses, registrations and warranties have <br /> been transferred to City prior to final software turnover. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> H. Testing Plan and Documentation: Provide a test plan for review and approval by City 30 days prior <br /> to start of first test. Plan shall include demonstrations of compliance with specifications, contractual <br /> compliance, definitions of all test objectives, participant responsibilities, documentation for tests, and <br /> procedures for dealing with failures during test. Provide three copies of checklists which detail tests for <br /> every functional requirement, specified supplies/spare parts, training, operating and maintenance <br /> manuals and provide space for sign-offs by Consultant and City Representative. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 3.3 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> A. Consultant/Installer Qualifications: <br /> 1 . Successful installation and maintenance of equipment manufacturer's products for minimum of one <br /> year. <br /> IPS complies. All IPS technicians have been installing IPS products for a minimum of one year and receive <br /> ongoing training and support. <br /> 2. Written acknowledgement of installation and maintenance qualifications from MSM <br /> manufacturer(s). <br /> IPS complies. <br /> 3. Successful completion of manufacturer's training in the proper installation and maintenance of <br /> manufacturer's systems, subsystems and equipment specified herein. <br /> IPS complies. <br /> B. Unless accepted otherwise by the City, use manufacturers and installers that employ a Quality <br /> Management System complying with the program described in ISO 9001-2008, or similar system. <br /> IPS complies. IPS utilizes IS09000 manufacturing partners for all critical components or sub-assemblies. <br /> C.
