Consultant shall be responsible for all system and subsystem data communication and ensure that <br /> communications are properly received and sent by all Central Management System computers and <br /> peripheral devices. <br /> IPS complies. System shall incorporate equipment of proven reliability that can be documented from similarly <br /> sized installations that provide features and performance comparable to that required herein. <br /> IPS complies. IPS has more than 160,000 parking devices deployed throughout North America and a proven <br /> track record of successfully implementing large-scale deployments. <br /> 3.4 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br /> A. Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Assume care, custody and control of all MSM equipment and components. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 2. Replace damaged materials at no cost to City. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 3. Deliver equipment to site packaged to prevent damage and marked for easy identification. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 4.
