IPS will comply. <br /> 3.5 PROJECT SITE CONDITIONS <br /> A. MSM components shall operate dependably within environmental conditions indigenous to installed <br /> site location as described herein. Components located in a 24-hour climate controlled office shall be <br /> capable of normal performance in a business environment. Outdoor equipment shall be capable of <br /> operating in temperature and weather extremes and marine environment in Redwood City, California. <br /> IPS complies. IPS meters have been independently certified to operate in all climate types including <br /> temperatures ranging from -40°F to 140°F. <br /> 3.6 TIME OF COMPLETION <br /> A. Substantial Completion <br /> A certificate of substantial completion for the MSM or for major subsystems will not be provided until <br /> the following requirements have been satisfied as stipulated in Part 3 of this section: <br /> 1. Applicable system or major subsystems have passed the SAT test. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 2. All communications from equipment to CMS and City-furnished workstations has passed the SAT <br /> test. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 3. CMS produces all required reports and has passed the SAT test. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 4. Integrated PARC system including MSMs, handheld monitoring devices, subsystems including <br /> alternates and credit card clearinghouse for payment card transactions has passed the SAT test. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 5. Proof/Certification of PCI compliance. <br /> IPS complies. Please see the Appendix for copies of our PCI compliance. <br /> 6. All spare parts, stock material and manuals are on site and have been approved by City. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> 7. All training is complete to City's satisfaction. <br /> IPS will comply. Please see below for the proposed training plan. <br /> xxiv. Training <br /> IPS will provide as much training (both on-site and web-based) as required by the City, including additional <br /> sessions, specialized sessions customized to the needs of the City, both before, during and after MS 1 pay <br /> station deployment. Additionally, IPS can provide multiple trainers to conduct even more sessions if <br /> necessary. Most IPS training sessions are a combination of onsite classroom and hands on use of MS 1 pay <br /> stations and management system, including manuals for reference material.
