If an MND is selected, a revised scope will be provided. <br /> <br /> T~_~ 2: Prepare Administrative Draft EIR :~ <br /> Task 3: Prepare and Ciraflate DEIR <br /> <br /> Task 4: Prepare ^ar-inistrative Final EIR and Response to Comments <br /> <br /> Task 5' Prepare Final EIR <br /> <br /> Preparation of the Specific Plan is being directed by an Oversight Cornmit~e, comprised of <br /> the City of Redwood City, the property owners within the Speei~c Plan, and the Redwood <br /> Short~ Owners Association (P, SOA). The Oversight Committee meets monthly. Attendance <br /> by CH2M I-lrt.L at the Oversight Committee meetings is induded in our scope of work. <br /> <br /> Task 1: Prepare Project Description and Initial Study <br /> <br /> Task 1 begius with a kick-off meeting between the CH2M HILL and the City of Redwood <br /> City planning sta__ ¢~. We will use tkis meeting to obtain information, existing studies, and <br /> project mater~a]~ from the City as necessary. Following the meeting, we will tour the project <br /> site to he,me familiar witli the physical setting and ~nvironmental issues associated with <br /> the project. <br /> <br /> As part of this task, we will attend the monthly Oversight Committee meetings for <br /> September, October, November, and December, 2000. We will also a~tend a Redwood City <br /> Planning Commission study session, which is scheduled to occur during this task. <br /> <br /> Following completio~a of the draft Specific Plan in late October, we will prepare a draft <br /> proiect description for CEQA purposes. The project description will include all of the <br /> elements required under CEQA, and will be prepared with input and assistance from lt~e <br /> Specific Plan consultant. The draft project description will be circulated for review by the <br /> Oversight Committee prior to being finalized. It will include maps and graphics as <br /> necessary to inustrate the location and components of the Spe,a~c Plan. We will incorporate <br /> as many of the graphics from the Specific Plan as possible to avoid duplication of efiort. <br /> <br /> Following approval by the Oversight Committee of the project descriptian, we will prepare <br /> the draft Initial Study. The draft Irdti~l Study will rely on existing studies, data, and <br /> technical reports that are available ~rom the City and property owners. No new technical <br /> analyses, other than reconwi.~sance-level field visits, will be performed for the drafe Initial <br /> Study. P~ep,~tat~on of the draft Ini~l Study is intended to identify arty additional t~chnical <br /> <br /> <br />
