AND INVITED ANYONE WHO <br /> WISHED TO SPEAK TO PLEASE DO SO. <br /> Petie Freeman, Director of Catholic Charities, described their program <br /> for adult day care and thanked the Council for their support. <br /> Sue Christiansen, Shelter Network, described their programs and Redwood <br /> Family Home, and thanked Council for their continued partnership. <br /> Don Frohlich, Topaz, Redwood City, expressed concern over administration <br /> costs included in the proposed recommendations for CDBG funds. <br /> Mayor Buchan asked if anyone else wished to address the Council.
