Field wherein he stated that he would regard the granting of Mr. Wattenberg's application an implied acceptance by Council of a similar application by himself. The Mayor stated that the bmw Council could not act on this letter and asked that it be filed. No Council action was necessary on these items. City Attorney Currie asked that a letter be written to Mr. Field telling him that the Council could not act on his letter and all applications are divided on own merits.
