The Clerk read a letter <br />submitted by Martin E. Field wherein he stated that he would regard the granting of Mr. Wattenberg's <br />application an implied acceptance by Council of a similar application by himself. The Mayor stated that the <br />bmw Council could not act on this letter and asked that it be filed. No Council action was necessary on these <br />items. City Attorney Currie asked that a letter be written to Mr. Field telling him that the Council could <br />not act on his letter and all applications are divided on own merits.
