Councilman Britschgi asked what happened to the Department Heads survey. The <br />Mayor stated that this was in the hands of the Personnel Board. Motion carried. <br />F <br />COUNCILMAN WEISS REPORT IN REGARD TO PROGRAM OF ADVANCES FOR PUBLIC WORK PLANNING. Councilman Weiss, on a <br />point of personal privilege, read a prepared statement regarding the possibility of obtaining certain <br />Federal Aid under section 702 of the Federal Housing Act of 1954 as amended by the Federal Houseing <br />Act of 1955• The Cit Manager submitted a <br />City g progress report which the Clerk read. This was followed by <br />discussion. The Payor asked that this item be carried on the agenda. <br />COUNCI1 AN BRITSCHGI REPORT ON YACHT HARBOR.
