<br /> If not in writing, is the City Manager, City Engineer and City Attorney pre-
<br /> pared to make necessary report and recommendation verbally at this time, so
<br /> that it could be made a part of the minutes of this meeting?
<br /> Answer: Records and reports of various city officials indicate proceedings
<br /> are in order. City Engineer has signed the plans and specifications . No other
<br /> property than Farm Hills will be involved .
<br /> 3 . Can either the City Attorney or the Attorney appointed for this proposed project m4
<br /> advise this Council as to the propriety and legality under the 1911 Act, under
<br /> which this assessment district is proposed, to exclude any properties from assess-
<br /> q ment and spread the assessment that would normally pertain to such excluded pro-
<br /> perty on the remaining properties?
<br /> Answer: Both Attorney Lebsack and City Attorney Costello stated that agreements
<br /> are approved, all steps that can be taken to protect City have been taken, and the
<br /> legal aspect approved by Mr . Lebsack.
<br /> 4 . Is the property against which these assessments are to be levied a formal sub-
<br /> division regularly approved and recorded: If so, hov many pieces of property ....r
<br /> involved .
<br /> Answer: Subdivision maps of this property have not as yet been approved or filed .
<br /> Councilman Weiss further stated his opinion that he thought the situation sufficiently
<br /> urgent to warrant expeditious action, however, he wanted the records to show he
<br /> acquiesced with the understanding this would not establish a precedent in connection
<br /> with future development of any subdivision, either for street, water or sanitary
<br /> improvements required to be installed by the subdivider at own expense in strict accordance
<br /> with subdivision ordinance . Mayor Royer stated that it was the thought of all members of
<br /> the Council that these proceedings were not establishing a precedent .
<br /> RESOLUTION 2254 APPROVING PLANS, PROFILES, DETAILED DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS was offered
<br /> by Councilman Spillers, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried on roll call .
<br /> RESOLUTION 22 55, IN TENTION TO CONSTRUCT CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FARM HILL IMPROVEMENTS
<br /> was offered by Councilman Herkner, seconded by Councilman Stout and carried on roll call .
<br /> RESOLUTION 2256 FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE, FARM HILL BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS was offered
<br /> by Councilman Weymouth, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried on roll call
<br /> Councilman Spillers moved adjournment, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried .
