The Mayor annt�lunced that the City Attorney has not been able to meet �rith Mr. �ise with regard to the legal wording and ask�ed that this matter be continued for cme week. The Clerk read the letter from the Zoning Adminiatrator� Leonard Knittel: wherein he sta t ed that the Master Land Use Plan was returned �ith the corrections made as requested by the City Council ' after their meeting of September 30, 1957• The I�ayor outlined the changes that had been requested by the City Council. Councilman Weiss restated mariy of his objections to this particular plan. He did not feel this �ras a good long range plan• F�ccept , for the Farm Hills and Friendly Acres area he doe�s not feel this plan warrants the expenditures. The ° motion carried rrith Cou�cilman Weiss voting No. Councilman Stout moved that if and xhen at least 50;6 of the pec�ple on Union Avenu� agree by petition to rezoning IInion Avenue R-3-G that tY�e Caunci.l will go for it.
