Councilman Weiss moved that the minutes of September 22nd, <br />Sequoia Hospital agreement, be amended so that they will indicate that he was opposed to the agreement and <br />so stated for the reason that in effect they were guaranteeing the Hospital a five year period reduced rate <br />because they would not be charged the 66 2/36 increase in rates. The motion lost for lack of a second. <br />Councilman Granger moved that the minutes be approved as mailed, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried <br />on roll call, Councilman Weiss voting No. <br />CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNEXATION OF HIGHLANDS TERRITORY N0. 7 FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF SUPPLEMENTAL <br />PROTESTS. The affidavit cf examiner of protests to proposed annexation of territory known as "Highlands <br />Territory No. 7" to the City of Redwood City was ordered filed.
