Councilman Weiss moved that the Planning Commission's recommendation be overruled and the application denied. <br />The motion lost for lack of a second. <br />Councilman Rosselli moved to deny the recommendation of the Planning Commission and refer the matter back <br />to the Planning Commission for further consideration and waive the fee, seconded by Councilman Granger. <br />The City Attorney advised that the correct procedure to reinstate this action by the Council was the <br />adoption of a resolution of intention to rezone the property. After discussion on whether or not the classification of Deputy City Engineer was an <br />entirely new classification or not, Councilman Weiss withdrew his second to the motion.
