Councilman Herkner offered RESOLUTION 2446 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FINDING AND DETER2dINING THAT PROTEST LV THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF REDI"OCD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED "HIGHLANDS TERRITORY NO. 9" HAS NOT BEEN MADE BY OWNERS OF ONE-HALF OF THE V ALUE OF SUCH TERRITORY AS SHOWN BY THE LAST EQUALIZED ASSESSMENT ROLL, NOXI BY PUBLIC AND PRIVATE OWNERS EQUAL TO ONE-HALF OF THE VALUE OF SUCH TERRITORY and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Stout and carried unanimously on roll call.
