Councilman Spillers offered RESOLUTION <br />2409 APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF FARM HILL NO. 5 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT � <br />t <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVMM THEREOF; AND, AP- r <br />PROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br />and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Weymouth. Councilman Weiss reiterated his objections after <br />which the motion carried on roll call with Councilmen Stout and Weiss voting No. <br />Thomas Tuite, Jr., asked some questions with regard to the proposed enlargement of Parking District No, 1. <br />Councilman Weymouth and Mayor Royer asked to be excused from the meeting at 10:04 p.m. ,Councilman Spillers <br />moved that Councilman Granger act. as Mayor pro -tem during the balance of the meeting, seconded by Council- <br />man Herkner and carried. <br />Councilman Stout referred to Anamor Park and the closing of the long area on Comecticut Drive. The City Attorney <br />reported that the s tatus is that the Engineering Department has prepared the description and the necessary <br />easements that are to be retained. The resolution of preliminary determination is now being prepared. Council- <br />man Stout reported that he knew of three men, Mr. Bulloch, 1820 Kentucky' Albert Currier, 1810 Kentucky and <br />Mr. Boadin, 1671 Anamor, who are interested in the triangular section of the portion to be abandoned. Council- <br />man Spillers moved to refer the matter back to the Park and Recreation Commission for their thinking on the <br />abandonment, seconded by Councilman Stout and carried._ <br />Councilman Stout left the meeting at 10:08 p. m. <br />Councilman Spillers moved that items 2 through 8, 20 and 21 be carried on the agenda until the next council meet- <br />ing, seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried. <br />Councilman Weiss referred to the.March 6th edition of the Tribune wherein it mentioned that Woodside was consider- <br />ing forming a sewer district that will connect into the North Fair Oaks District. Councilman Weiss moved that <br />the City Manager look into this matter and make a full report back to the Council in two weeks, seconded by <br />Councilman Herkner and carried. <br />Councilman Herkner offered 0RDINANCE 892' -OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF REDWO(D <br />CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED "HIGHLANDS TERRITORY NO. 9", DESCRIBING SAID TERRITORY, AND <br />ANNEXING SAID TERRITORY TO SAID CITY OF REDWOOD CITY and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Spillers <br />and carried on roll call, Councilman Stout and Weymouth and Mayor Royer being noted absent. The affidavit of <br />publication was ordered filed. <br />ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 600 TO REZONE PORTION OF LOP 14s BLOCK E, WOODSIDE ACRES NO. 1 FROM R-2 <br />TO R-3 (McCavitt property, 1600 block, Kentfield Avenue).
