MEZES <br />TO THE CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH OF THE CITY OF RE0900D CITY and moved its adoption, seconded by <br />Councilman Herkner and carried on roll call. <br />Councilman Granger moved that the Clerk forward a certified copy of the resolution to Currie & Lebsack, <br />attorneys for the Parking District No. 3, seconded by Councilman Stout and carried. <br />Councilman Granger offered RESOLUTION 2372 AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE FLYING OF THE AMERICAN FLAG AT THE <br />GRAND ARMY PLOT IN UNION CEMETERY ON VETERANS DAY AND MEMORIAL DAY and moved its adoption, seconded by <br />Councilman Spillers and carried on roll calla <br />PERSONNEL BOARD'S RECOMMENDATION REGARDING REVISED PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS. Councilman Stout moved <br />that this matter be carried on the agenda for two weeks, seconded by Councilman Weiss and carried. <br />Councilman Spillers moved that the City Clerk be authoriz6d to accept two easements through Block 17, Farm <br />!.-., Hill No. 2, which are necessary for the relocation of a sanitary sewer between Holly Hill Road and <br />Glennan Drive, seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried. <br />TRAFFIC COMMITTEE RECOMMENDED "NO PARKING" ON MIDDLEFIELD ROAD from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 to 7:00 <br />po m. between Charter Street and the existing "No Parking" during peak hours in the 1000 block of <br />Middlefield Road. Councilman Spillers moved approval of the Traffic Committee's recommendation and <br />authorized the City Attorney to drawn up the necessary ordinance, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and <br />carried. <br />
