Councilman Spillers offered introduction of an ordinance to provide for incurring a bonded indebtedness by the City of Redwood City in the sum of $500,000, for the acquisition, construction and completion of the following municipal improvement, to wit: improvements for the municipal water system; prescribing the date and form of said bonds and of the coupons to be attached thereto. fixing the maximum rate of interest on said bonds and prescribing the maturities thereof; authorizing the execution of said bonds and coupons; and providing for the levying of a tax for.the payment of the principal and interest thereof, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried. Councilman Herkner offered RESOLUTION 2436 TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING $275.00 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO OFFICE OF CITY ATTORNEY FOR SUPPLIES AND SERVICES and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Weiss and carried unanimously on roll call. Councilman Spillers offered RESOLUTION 2437 AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO APPROVE TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP WITH DESIGNATED EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS CF CRDIANCE NO. 631, BEING THE SUBDIVISION ORDIANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY (Newell Park Subdivision) and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and :carried unanimously on roll call. Councilman Granger offered RESOLUTION 2438 ACCEPTING BID FOR SALE OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY'S INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY (Lots 14 and 21,.Block l2, West Redwood - Michael C.
