<br />Claims 25471 through 25597, totaling $50,695.51, were ordered paid on motion of Councilman Weymouth, seconded
<br />by Councilman Spillers and carried.
<br />Councilman Herkner moved that the City Manager be authorized to obtain a 10 year pin for Souncilman Spillers,
<br />seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried.
<br />Councilman Rosselli asked that the Traffic Committee check into the possiblity of installing a stop sign at N19
<br />Glennan Way and Farm Hill Boulevard.
<br />Councilman Weiss moved that the City Attorney be instructed to bring in a legal opinion with regard to prop-
<br />osition #3 in two weeks, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried.
<br />Councilman Rosselli moved that a letter be sent to the Board of Supervisors asking the status of their contri-
<br />bution to the Sewage Plant enlargement, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried.

<br />ON ROLL CALL the following were noted present: Councilmen Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, John S.
<br />Rosselli, Robert V. Spillers, Louis Weiss, Ray A. Weymouth, Mayor William H. Royer and Deputy City Clerk

<br />PUBLIC HEARING, REZONE LOT 5, BLOCK 10, ROBINSON SUBDIVISION (1337 Jefferson Avenue) FROM R-3 TO R-4 (Held
<br />over from 4-24-58 meeting). After some discussion, Mr. 01mo agreed to a deed restriction requiring a
<br />201 setback. Councilman Weymouth moved that the public hearing be closed, seconded by Councilman
<br />Spillers and carried. Councilman Spillers offered introduction of the ordinance amending Ordinance No.
<br />600 to rezone portion of Lot 5, Bloch 10, Robinson Subdivision from R-3 to R -4p seconded by Councilman
<br />Rosselli and carried.
<br />PUBLIC HEARING, PLANNING COMMISSIONIS DENIAL OF THE APPLICATION OF ROBERT P. DAVIS TO AMEND SECTION OF ORDIN-
<br />ANCE 600 TO REZONE PROPERTY AT 406 FLYNN AVENUE FROM R-1 TO C -1-H. After hearing the protests, Council-
<br />man Weymouth moved that the public hearing be closed, seconded by Councilman Granger and carried. Coun-
<br />cilman Spillers moved to refer the matter back to the Planning Commission for further consideration with-
<br />out any additional charge being made, seconded by Councilman Granger and carried. The notice of mailing
<br />was ordered filed.
<br />PUBLIC HEARING, APPEAL OF LOCATION OF WATER RESERVOIR, FARM HILL N0, 4* The notice of mailing was ordered
<br />filed. After considerable discussion, Councilman Rosselli moved to continue the public hearing for one
<br />week with the thought that the people meet with Mr. Oddstad to discussion locations, seconded by Council-
<br />man Spillers and carried.
