The affidavits of posting, mailing and publishing <br />notice of hearing were ordered filed. A petition was received with 20 property owners protesting and ask- <br />ing that the City pay the entire cost of the culvert. After discussion, Councilman Spille-s moved that <br />the 'public hearing be closed, seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried. <br />Councilman Spillers moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 2497 ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND OVERRULING PROTESTS, <br />CLINTON STREET CULVERT, Seconded by Councilman Weiss and carried unanimously on roll call, <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON PLANNING COMMISSION'S DENTAL OF PETITION OF JOSEPH FERRANDO TO REZONE LATS 11 TO 13, BLOCK 69 <br />WOODACRE KNOLLS, NORTHUSTERLY CORNER OF WOODSIDE ROAD AND ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS FROM R-3 TO C -1-H DISTRICT. <br />The affidavit of notice was ordered filed.
