<br />roll call, Councilman Spillers being noted absent,
<br />Councilman Weiss moved to introduce an ordinance amending -Sections 1, 2.101, and 2.151 of Ordiance No. 824,
<br />being the Salary Ordinance, providing for a 5.74% increase to the employees of the City of Redwood
<br />city, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried.
<br />Councilman,Granger moved introduction of an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 600 to rezone Lot 4 and portion
<br />of Lot 3, Block 4, Dumbarton Acres, from "U" District to C -2-H District, seconded by Councilman Weiss
<br />and carried.
<br />Councilman Rosselli moved adoption of RESOLUTION 2502 GRANTING REVOCABLE PERMISSION TO CITY TITLE INSURANCE
<br />COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION OF PLANTING FACILITY IN PUBLIC SIDEWALK ADJACENT TO CITY TITLE INSURANCE COM-
<br />PANY BUILDING ON HAMILTON STREET, SUBJECT TO DESIGNATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS, seconded by Councilman
<br />Weiss and carried on roll call, Councilman Spillers being noted absent.
<br />,REQUEST CF BELMONT COUNTY WATER DISTRICT TO INSTALL WATER MAINS WITHIN REDWOOD CITY STREETS. After dis-
<br />cussion, Councilman Rosselli moved to approve the conditions to -consent set forth in the Agenda Fact
<br />Sheet and direct City Manager to advise the District of the Council's action, seconded by Councilman
<br />Granger and carried on roll call, Councilman Spillers being noted absent.

<br />CONNECTION THEREWITH, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried on roll call, Councilman Spillers
<br />being noted absent.

<br />ORDERING TRANSFER OF FUNDS, PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1, seconded by Councilman Granger and carried on
<br />roll call, Councilman Spillers being noted absent.
<br />APPOINTMENT -TO BOARD OF LIBRARY TRUSTEES, term expires June 30, 1958. Councilman Herkner moved that the
<br />Mayor reappoint Mary Gregg Thorning and W. J. McKeegan to succeed themselves as members of the Board
<br />of Library Trustees, term to expire June 30, 1961, seconded by Councilman Weiss and carriede
<br />APPOINTMENT TO PORT OOMMISSICN. Councilman Weymouth moved that Park Q. Wray, Sr. be reappointed as a mem-
<br />ber of the Port Commission, term to expire July 1963, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried.
<br />Councilman Weymouth moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Councilman Weiss and carried. The
<br />next Council meeting will be the regular meeting, July 7, 1958 at 8:00 p. m. Me6ting adjourned,
