Price, A rchi-
bald and Wood and the contractors who had the low -bid and the consensus was to proceed with the project. It
was felt that the City could and should contribute $102000 to the project for water and sewer lines. Money
is available in the Water Fund and the attorney for the district has advised that the district proceedings
were so written that the City can contribute to the job.
Councilman Rosselli arrived at 4:15 P. m.
Councilman Granger sta ted that he would go for the water payment but he would not take money from the Water
Department to pay for sewers.
