The Mayor requested the people to bring their petition into the City Engineerts office so it can be checked and corrected to eliminate the sidewalks. Councilman Rosselli appeared at 9:15 p. m. PETITION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS, GLENWOOD AVENUE AND VICINITY. The Council indicated that they would consider elimination of sidewalks and the culvert at the end of Breeze Place.
