After some discussion, Councilman Granger moved to carry this on the agenda for two weeks and asked that a further stud be made and a report be submitted by the City Manager (MINUTE ORDER #5940), seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried. Frank Be Cates asked permission to move a building from Lot 8, Block 5, Dingee Park, at 29 Birch Street to Lot 70 Block 10, University Heights, San Mateo County at 2050 Gordon Street, Menlo Park Area, The Plan- ning Commission approved the request subject to the posting of a bond to protect the trees along the route. Councilman Spillers moved approval of the Planning Com:mi.ssionts recommendation subject to the necessary insurance '(MINUTE ORDER #59-51), seconded by Councilman Granger and carried. The City Manager presented the Council with the 1959-60 tentative budget.
