After a full discussion on the contents of the ordinances Councilman Granger moved to introduce an ordinance amending Article II of Ordinance No. 639, being the sidewalk and driveway ordinance of the City of Redwood City, by changing the provisions of Section 5 thereof to provide for construction of driveways to established gradess or grades approved by the City Engineers and by adding to said Article a new section., numbered 10.1s to provide for the issuance of variances and exceptions to the strict application of the provisions of said Article IIs seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried.
