This deed is to be recorded immediately subsequent to the recording of the <br />Final Map. <br />Councilman Spillers moved adoption of RESOLUTION N0. 2813 APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF MAC <br />DONALD SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION, seconded by Councilman Fields and carried <br />unanimously on roll call. <br />DISCUSSION OF BELMONT ANNEXATION. Councilman Herkner moved that theCity Manager and the Mayor be authorized <br />on behalf of the City, to take whatever legal action is necessary to restrain the City of Belmont <br />6r (MIME ORDER #59-126), seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried. <br />Recommended acceptance of contract for Supply Mains and Drain Lines to serve the Sequoia Reservoir which has <br />been completed by Pisano Brothers to the satisfaction of the Engineering Department. It was recommended <br />that the work completed under this contract be aceppted subject to the one year guarantee and conditions <br />-set forth in the specifications. Councilman Rosselli moved to accept the supply mains and drain lines <br />subject to one year guarantee and conditions set forth in the specifications (MINUTE OFFER #59-727), <br />seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried. <br />Claims 29594 through 299032 totaling $223,O88.53, were ordered paid on motion of Councilman Spillers, second- <br />ed by Councilman Herkner and carried. <br />Councilman Spillers moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried.
