334 <br />ordered filed. <br />Letter from the State Lands Commission was read by the Clerk indicating the value of the approximately <br />7,435 acres included in Resolution No. 2751 designated as "Leslie Annexation No. 2-A" at $1s162s750s pur- <br />suant to the provisions for such determination as specified in Section 35313.1 of the Government Code. <br />The Clerk read the report of the Assessor -Auditor that the recommended value of public property within <br />the area of "Leslie Annexation No. 2-A" to be set as follows: , <br />State of Californias 4.136 acres b40L lying Ely and contiguous to Ralston Overpass. $300 <br />State of California., 2.106 acres MOL lying Ely and contiguous to Whipple Overpass., $150. <br />City Clerk read the report of protest received from property owners within the area designated "Leslie <br />Annexation No. 2-A" as follows: <br />Owner Land Improvts. THE PUBLIC HEARING was declared open and the af- <br />fidavits of publication were ordered filed. The affidavit of mailing notice of hearing of annexation and <br />the affidavit concerning ownership and value of land and improvements in that territory designated as . <br />"Leslie Annexation No, 3-A" as shown on the last equalized assessment roll of the County, of San Mateo were <br />ordered filed. <br />Letter from the State Lands Commission was read indicating that there were no State sovereign lands located <br />within the territory described as "Leslie Annexation No. 3 -All, <br />A report of the Assessor -Auditor was read recommending that the value of publicly -awned property within the <br />territory be as follows: <br />San Mateo County., 2 acres MOL Bd. on E. by Harbor Blvd. Nly land of P.
