The letters of the Health Department and the Water Superintendent were read wherein they recommended that the water connection be permitted. Based on the two recommendations, Councilman Spillers moved to grant the request (MINUTE ORDER #59-159), seconded by Councilman Fields. In answer to a question raised by Councilman Herkner, Water Superintendent Winter stated that in his opinion the granting of this permit would not adversely effect the water system in the area.
