<br />Weymouth and Mayor Royer voting no.
<br />An ordinance restricting the time limit on refiling for use permits, variances and rezoning matters. Councilman
<br />Herkner moved adoption of a resolution of intention to amend Ordinance No. 600, being the Zoning Ordinance
<br />Of the City of Redwood City, to limit the time in which applications for variances, applications for use
<br />permits and petitions for amendments may be reconsidered. After discussion, Councilman Herkner withdrew
<br />his motion.
<br />Councilman Spillers moved to continue the matter for one week, March 28th: the Council to be furnished a copy
<br />of the ordinance (MINUTE ORDER #60-85), seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried on roll call, Councilman
<br />Fields, Granger, Herkner, Rosselli, Spillers and Weymouth noting yes and Mayor Royer voting no.
<br />Councilman Rosselli moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 3057 BEING THE RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION PARK
<br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS (public hearing April 4th), seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried unanimously on
<br />roll call.
<br />DONALD AND LILLIAN AYERS request exception to Ordinance No. 631, the Subdivision Ordinance, in respect to the
<br />Northerly zA of Lot 2, Block 10, Friendly Acres Subdivision No. 1 (Rose Avenue). Section 5.31 requires a
<br />minimum 6000 sq.fte and the exception desired is 5000 sq. ft.
<br />The Planning Commission recommends the granting of these exceptions and recommends that the Council author-
<br />ize the planning Commission to approve the tentative map of Donald E. Ayers and Lillian C. Ayers, frith the
<br />exception and conditions hereon noted: The lot to contain 5000 sq* fto instead of the required 6000 sq. ft.
<br />The Planning Commission further recommends that the exception be subject to the following conditions: all
<br />laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, and/or parts thereof, other than as directly and express-
<br />ly adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, shall be strictly complied with.

<br />and carried unanimously on roll call.

<br />Councilman Rosselli moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO, 3020 AUTHORIZING COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS TO RECOVER OVER-
<br />PAYMENT OF FUNDS TO A FORMER CITY EMPLOYEE (Russell Welch), seconded by Councilman Fields and carried unani-
<br />mously on roll call.
<br />Ralph Ratliff, 1260 Marshall Street, requests a variance to extend his driveway 42 feet. Councilman Spillers
<br />moved to carry this item on the agenda for one weekq March 28th (MINUTE ORDER #60-86), seconded by Council-
<br />man Granger and carried.
